Rude service, spoken to like I was a piece of dirt on the ground despite never having to pay for a prescription before and due to a mistake by one of the members of staff in there. Continued to moan about me when they went towards the back, thinking I couldn't hear. I had to get an emergency appointment due to being away from home so first and last time using here. I never write reviews but the treatment by a specific member of staff was disgusting. | ||||||

They take the time to explain how to properly use your prescribed medicines, in a private consultation room, in a 20 minute session- Brilliant!
They will also deliver your repeat prescriptions to you for Free! | ||||||

I care for my Elderley mother and I don't know how I would cope without the friendly, caring pharmacist and staff. The service I receive at this pharmacy is outstanding. The pharmacist explains perscriition drugs to me, they discuss minor illnesses and medicate when they can. There has been many occasions where, previously, I would have gone to the doctor and I have used the pharmacy as one should. This had saved both my time and the already stretched doctors time. I cannot commend them highly enough and this is for the help of the pharmacist, the staff and the person who delivers my mothers drugs. I'm amazed at a previous low star rating. I can honestly say I have never been treated with anything other than courtesy. | ||||||
