I cannot speak highly enough of our experience and dealings with this pharmacy. My sven year old daughter has special needs and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They deliver medicines at a convenient time to us and go out of their way to resource difficult to get medicines for us. Everyone here is so amiable and child-friendly too. Original Comment Report...

I realised I would run out of essential pills while on holiday. The pharmacist guided me to NGS111 and helped me through the process of getting an emergency prescription and then had the prescription made while I waited. It made my holiday able to happen because without the pills I could not have gone away. As always Shaftesbury Pharmacy went the extra mile to support a customer. Going away without essential medication can be critical- I am delighted we were able to guide you through the NHS 111 process, and you were able to receive the medication in time. We are registered to provide this service via NHS 111 to patients who have run out of medications, and are unable to arrange a prescription in time. I have used this pharmacy for over thirty years as did my mother before me The service is always efficient, friendly and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble, from providing sensitive professional advice, to flu vaccinations and, when necessary, to delivering essential medicines to those unable to collect them in person.
