So many times when trying to pick up a prescription and told the pharmacist is not there - please come back in an hour, not between 12 and 1, not between 1 and 2, not before 10, not whatever time you happen to try... It's appalling and never an apology. Always told they have had to attend an emergency. I don't buy it.

An efficient service, but I got charged £5.00 for 4 surgical masks in a paper bag! Apparently they’re £2.50 for a box of 10 elsewhere. That’s just profiteering from the Covid situation!!
