I visited Haydens this morning for my latest COVID booster. Was I surprised? Not a bit. The same professional, efficient and friendly delivery as I associate with the practice for my prescription delivery service and my basic pharmaceutical needs when I visit - usually for the latter to the Rosedale branch. A final super touch. As I arrived a little early for my COVID appointment I went into the retail outlet for some anti-hystamine tablets. The young lady behind the counter smiled sweetly, but couldn't locate what I needed. Immediately she politely turned to a senior colleague with the request for assistance. He helped out and clarified the matter very informally. Great to see young people feeling able to ask for help and properly, and being helped in this way. All very impressive, and with constant standards which I now almost take for granted. Thank you.

Have been using haydens central pharmacy for a few years. Always get good customer service, shop always looks nice. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else ??
