There is maybe one staff member here who is approachable and friendly. The store consistently deals with customers as if they are second-class because they asked for their prescriptions either too soon (it's now a week after the prescription is issued) or too late (28 days after the prescription is issued means your items are no longer available). Multiple times I have had prescriptions lost, and told there is 'no record' - essentially saying I am wrong, mistaken, or lying - despite the pharmacy being next door to the doctor's office and being able to see the record of the prescription in my online notes. This place is passable if there are no issues (e.g. picking up one prescription that has been issued more or less one week ago to the date you come in) but if you attempt to do anything more complex than that, the staff seem to shut down, as if understanding anything more nuanced (such as having more than one prescription to pick up at the same time) is beyond their capacity. I absolutely hate going to this pharmacy and often will go out of my way to avoid having to deal with them.

Worst pharmacy in Leeds. Prepare to stand there and listen to the staff chat for 15 minutes in the back before they even come out to serve you. Then expect to wait 45 minutes for your prescription only to be told they haven't got it from the GP or its out of stock. Really! It took you 45 minutes to find that out. The staff are rude, condescending, unhelpful and disdainful of their customers. Every single one of them including the pharmacist should be replaced with people who actually want to work.

I have enquired of Wokhardt as to why I cannot get my levothyroxine at LLoyds as Lloyds tell me it is unavailable. IT IS AVAILABLE and I don't know why they are not supplying it.
