This Pharmacy provide service which is exceptional. Having used many different chemists for prescriptions and every day over the counter medicines for many decades for my immediate and extended family - you are unlikely to find an exceptional Pharmacy like this. Well why is so good, the answer is simple: 1. They get the dispensing medicines correct. 2. They do it with a smile. 3. They provide verbal advice on the phone as well in the chemist. 4. Will to measure blood pressure / heart rate. 5. They delivery of medicine on time, with a smile and get get it right ALL the time. So how do they do this - I think the it the lead pharmacists ( I am ashamed to admit that I have forgotten their name - sincere apologies) I have provided care for elderly mother and brother with learning difficulties who have several medical conditions and these have been treated with repeat prescriptions. It was only when I moved my repeat prescription to this pharmacy that I realised how exceptional this chemist is! I believe the (all) staff should be proud of the service they provide and I hope that none of the staff are paid below the living wage. The senior staff need to be recognised for the fantastic service they provide to the community of Old Trafford. Thank You
