I suffer with severe COPD. My inhaler finished last night. So I went to ask them if they could give me one as I desperately need it and I get my all medicines from here. I told her that as the Surgery is closed, I can not get the Prescription and promise that I will supply on Tuesday. The pharmacist said that she will charge me for it because I do not have Prescription. I told her that I am 73 year old & I am exempt. She even checked it on computer but refused to give me Inhaler. She was very uncooperative & I am very sad for her attitude. They also take a long time to give medicines. My family & I am seriously thinking of changing our repeat prescriptions to Boats. This Pharmacy is run like a confused cattle station To collect a prescription on a good day takes around 10 minutes, with the staff ignoring you Today, also being in extreme pain, I waited for 20 minutes, and being told its being done, its being done, its being done I ended walking out WITHOUT MY PAIN PATCHES I am disgusted with this service they offer, and I am not the only one complaining, nearly everybody picking up presciptions has the same service
