After 20 years with Touchwood Pharmacy which used to care for those in need of a delivery service, I've been let down once again! Touchwood Pharmacy Malvern Grove Branch Northampton, this is the 4th time this year 2020, let down with my repeat prescription, I need to take replacement medication for Addison's Disease, a life-threatening illness, I just spoke to women and pharmacist who were both patronising and played down my concerns, I was told it's my responsibility to make sure I don't run out which defeats the lies that it's repeated each month, I recommend that people like myself on lifetime medication to go to a more reliable service, after being let down, I'm changing my supplier! ?? I will be making my views and concerns known on all social media platforms!!!
