Absolutely useless. Staff rude, extremely slow, not caring at all. It happens on so many occasions it’s a wonder how their manager wasn’t sacked. Customer service of a back of a warehouse rather than front desk shop.

For the better part of a year my repeat prescription never seems to be repeated until I ring up, I've even been given my daughters prescription instead of my own? My medication is imperative as in, if I don't get it, as its preventative medication, I experience excruitiating migraines, so severe I'm bed ridden... so to say this service is diabolical is an understatement. The whole point of the pharmacy taking over the repeat prescription is to eliminate the hassle of trying to get an appointment with your doctor or to physically go in to the doctor's to request it. You know for people like us that work and are parents. But this is a joke, I've lost count how many times they just forget to request the medication. In my opinion, epic fail. For the first 6 months it worked, but like everything about Tesco Goodmayes, the service is slap dash and poor. Oh, and when you are speaking to a customer who asks you to speak up, try speaking clearly and not mumble?
