I rang this pharmacy to ask about going to get a Covid booster. After a series of unhelpful, ambiguous answers, I finally asked if I could make an appointment. They hung up on me! | ||||||

Used via the echo app. First order took 2 weeks. GP approved within a day, most of the wait was with echo and my order wasn't pushed through until I complained on their web chat. Then my GP started getting requests for more prescriptions for me that I had not requested and that didn't appear in the app, so I couldn't cancel them. GP was annoyed with me. I would have been charged for this medication and perhaps never sent it if the GP wasn't vigilent and called me up. Seems like something dodgy is going on within this company. Couldn't recommend and would never use again | ||||||
