Best pharmacy in Corby, very quick and reliable and very clean. Only few things I can fault with the staff is that there is a member of staff (cannot describe member of staff or review will not be published unfortunately) but this person in particular is very slow and seems to use the work place as a place to hold meetings. There is a huge difference between good customer service and just trying to waste time and ignore other customers. They seem like a lovely person but I’ve started to notice more and more when I use this pharmacy when this individual is there and working the work place seems to go at a snails pace. Another thing I have noticed is some of the staff bullying another member of staff, from being rude, calling them names too raising their voices at the individual, that I could even hear from the waiting area, it’s sad because they caused public humiliation for this individual. Overall I will still use this pharmacy but something needs to be done about the two concerns I have had about the pharmacy. Because I am sure I’m not the only customer that has noticed these issues. The staff at this pharmacy are fantastic. Always kind and caring.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
It's a joy to be so well looked after.

Staff are amazing with me, I feel like I have shares in the place at the moment. They always always always offer me support / guidance & really do go above & beyond to fulfill my requirements.
I can’t thank them enough for what they do, make me feel so welcome in a time of real need / so pleasant / always smiling & incredibly quick!
Thankyou so much to you all! You take a lot of rubbish from us as patients but never enough credit!
