This is a new pharmacy. It is closed from 1 to 2 pm. I observed approximately 40 disgruntled customers arriving to find it closed. It also only opens five days a week. Monday to Friday. Its website is still displaying its old premises details. It is disgraceful. What business closes from one to two. They must be making lots of money to be able to close in the middle of the day.

Website needs updating as does not say they are closed from 1pm until 2pm for lunch. WheN i arrived at 1pm i was told rudely that they were closed (this astounds me as to why a pharmacist would close at busiest time of day - can they not have a staggered lunch??) When I explained i really needed the medication and was unable to return today I just got told WE ARE CLOSED!! My prescription was pre ordered and I just needed to collect it. I think that the lack of customer concern and compassion is disgraceful.
