I went to boots in Accks Green on Wednesday 29th June 2016, to collect a prescription when the member of staff finally came to take my prescription they took it with out a word not a hello or any thing just complete silence and walked off they then came back and was doing something on the computer and I asked how long will it take they then repleyed I'm doing it now. The phamacy section needs to improve there customers service section, I will never use that pharmacy again there, and there are at least 3 more pharmacist in that area that are more professional, and know that customer service goes a long way. | ||||||

i have nothing constructive to say, visited boots store in acocks green 23/04 to speak to pharmacist with ref my daughters minor ailment, to which they are supposed to have s=this service. i was informed their was no one qualified to fulfill this such service, so why it is advertised that they have it. | ||||||
