I live in Leytonstone so I’ve been a Boots customer here for years. Today there was a new cashier, and as always, when I walked in I said HI, because this is what I do, and he didn’t even pretend to say it back. When I went to pay, he was extremely rude, he didn’t even look at me and he made me feel really bad, like I was bothering him. After I paid there was a lady after me and she asked a simple question and he looked annoyed, with this attitude that is far away from providing a good customer service. His name is Abdul, luckily it was on the receipt, because people like this, maybe should get a different job.
