I have used this pharmacy for a number of years for flu -jabs and medication. I have always found the staff very friendly and approachable and would even say we have a bit of a laugh. Perhaps those who have left less favourable reviews might like to examine their approach to staff who operate in a stressful environment

Compared to some icy-cold service the staff here are warm and friendly even knowing first names! Above all they are helpful and knowledgeable and the shop is well-stocked. It’s the perfect local go-to pharmacy. Cllr Lee Hunt

Rude, grumpy, unhelpful staff. Prescriptions are never ready to be collected when going in to get them. Always told to come back later. If your gp sends a prescription to them it won’t get prepared ready for you to collect, you have to go and ask for it only to have them huff and puff, roll eyes and moan that you have to go away and come back in 30 mins. Hugely inconvenient in a storm with an ill child and no parking.
