COMPLAINT. My prescription is forwarded by email from my Gp. Having recently been advised that waiting times for collection of prescriptions was being increased to 72 hrs, I submitted my repeat request to the GP ON 06/03/24 with a view to collecting today(13/03/24) . I was met by a totally disinterested member of staff, who advised me I would have to wait until Friday 15/03/24 to collect it. He reluctantly offered to take my phone number to text me when it was ready! Is this normal practice for something as important as medication. I get the impression that the whole store is being run down for closure as there is a lack of goods on the shelves on a regular basis, the staff are disinterested, and there is an air of desolation about the place!
