I visited this branch (it is my local) recently to collect a parcel which had been delivered directly to the shop, and I was already a little hesitant because of the usually very long wait times and rude staff - one girl in particular. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but this time when the same girl on the till realised I was collecting a parcel she replied with a very sarcastic “oh, great” in response and stamped off to find it, and took a very long time (there was a very long queue behind me and only one girl working at one till). We are about the same age and I really felt like I was being patronised. I really do not like visiting this place at all and have decided to shop elsewhere from now on.

I went to pick up a prescription faced over by my GP surgery. After waiting in a queue for nearly half an hour, I then had to wait for the pharmacist to laboriously print the prescription off, only to be then told that they didn't have the item in stock and likely wouldn't be able to get it until Monday, because it was Friday afternoon. I don't understand why prescriptions faced by the GP aren't processed when received- isn't the whole point that it is more convenient for the customer? Staff also seemed to spend more time in the consultation room than dealing with the long, long queue of waiting customers

A member of the management team didnt have skills to sort out simple pricing issue which resulted in her refusing to sell me the item! I mean seriously especially as a member of the management team you need to be equipt with this training!!! Very poor customer service! Wont be using this store again! Apart from the member of staff the pharmacy were much more helpful!
