I have used branches of Boots the chemist for years all over London and have always been really satisfied. However every time I use this branch (my local) I feel the staff would prefer not to be bothered by the general public, and treat them as an inconvenience. Its as if they are rude to put you off ever coming back. They would prefer you to use another pharmacy, so they have less work to do. I do try to avoid this branch but on the occasions when I try it again, I aways leave feeling very down hearted that we the community have to put up with such a service.

The staff are extremely rude, constantly getting items mixed up. They never have medication ready to collect, even after being given over a weeks time. Furthermore, they never have enough stock, therefore you have to go back again. The staff do not know how to smile or be friendly with customers.

Staff here are consistently inefficient and rude. Observed them shouting at customers. Have several times been to collect a prescription only to be told they were out of stock, that I had already collected my prescription, ( they just couldn't find it) or that I needed to return. Apparently 4 days wasn't enough time for them to prepare it. Generally, their customer service and people skills are none existent.
