I came today to have my presvription dispensed. I had three item and was prepare to pay three prescription charges. It is alot of money because I got some items every three weeks. But, the pharmacist offered me a prepayment to do on their till, so I did. I was not sure how it worked and she explained all to me. I was given a time to do aome shopping and when came back, all was ready - my prescrition was dispensed and a confirmation of prepayment was in my hand, too. That was great! This pharmacy saved me money Original Comment Report...

Hi, I came to the pharmacy today with a splinter and the phramcist told me that it would not be a problem to take it out if I buy a needle. So I did and she removed the splinter within seconds and without any pain - thank you. Original Comment Report...

Type 1 diabetic 10 year old daughter has ten items on electronic batch prescriptions. Every time we go to try and collect items there is always a problem. for example we request blood glucose sensors, we give them a week to prepare then we are offered insulin instead when we try to collect. They haven't got the sensors, "when will you have sensors?"
"we dont know" Asda reply.
"How will I know when you have sensors?"
"call us" Asda reply.
So we are left to call Asda every day asking if sensors have arrived.
Surely they know we are waiting for sensors, so call us when they arrive.
Could go on for ever complaining, they have know idea how to operate the electronic prescription services. Original Comment Report...
