Your customer service is pathetic!!! We have someone staying with us for the week after recently moving who is extremely unwell. We informed her doctor who immediately prescribed anti-biotics. We rang to ensure that the prescription was ready and were told that the pharmacist would be going home in ten minutes and we would need to be there before then. We drove to the pharmacy in under five minutes and were refused the prescription because we did not know her new address. Firstly knowing the address of the lady proves nothing, secondly we had only spoken to you five minutes previously, all you had to do was take our address and phone number and you would have seen ours was the last number that called your phone. We did this because the lady is extremely unwell all you have done is prolong her distress and discomfort. I hope you are proud of yourselves, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
