I went to the pharmacy for some advice on Wednesday, I had to wait for a while as the pharmacist really busy. When he was free he apologised for the wait, asked me if I wanted to speak in the consultation room. I explained to him my problem, I was expecting a rushed consultation as it was really busy and hardly any staff. But he checked my blood pressure which was higher than normal. I informed him I was not taking any blood pressure medication. He was concerned. He informed me I really need to see the GP and have the back of my eyes checked. I couldn't get an appointment at the GP , but went to optician in Beaumont Leys . I was immediately referred to the eye clinic. I was diagnosed with severe high blood pressure. The staff very polite and acknowledge me when i entered the shop The pharmacist was a very friendly explained my prescription to me And said he would contact me the nxt week In which he did Cant fault them Thank you. I just moved to the area the staff were lovely and kind. The pharmacist showed me how to give my daughter the medicines. I was offered the minor ailments scheme and got a great service.
Again I cannot stress how kind the staff are . The staff on the counter showed me respect and cared for my baby while I was with the pharmacist. The pharmacist took their time to make sure I understood the dose to give and double checked the prescription by asking me my baby weight.
Such wonderful people and great service. Highly recommended .
