Always get an excellent welcome, and good, considered professional advice. This in contrast to some other local pharmacies that have lost prescriptions, not ordered medicines despite promising to do so etc. This has never happened at CHP. Would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy, and you can nominate to have your prescriptions sent there directly from your GP, which is useful. Some great special offers on things like sunglasses is an added bonus.

My whole family have been regular customers and fans of this long standing, community pharmacy and the service provided for all generations has always been beyond exceptional. The staff take a real interest in their customers and their individual needs and demonstrate a sincere, genuine and caring approach in assisting and advising their customers. There is somewhere comfortable to sit whilst waiting for your prescriptions, something my grandmother in particular is particularly grateful for. In any event, the waiting time for your prescription is never very long and the pharmacist always advises if it might be more convenient to return later in the day or insists that we are welcome to wait. I, personally, find the consultation room extremely professional and I've never felt uneasy about talking about anything awkward. They recommended that I stop smoking and advised that they offer a smoking cessation service. They fully supported me through and motivated me to avoid any temptation and as result I have kicked that nasty habit. I was not even aware that such a service was available. Their delivery service proved invaluable when my grandfather could no longer leave home and the delivery man has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. The pharmacists always take their time with their customers and I've never felt rushed which is one the biggest benefits of choosing an independent, family run community pharmacy. I am very grateful to have such an exceptional pharmacy on my doorstep.
