Excruciating pain from sciatica so GP prescribed painkillers which I was told I could pick up from Lloyds yesterday. Went late afternoon to make sure it was there and they were closed again due to staff shortages. Answerphone at Lloyds, Holyrood Street still saying “our staff are all busy serving customers at present” and despite going back into town Lloyds Holyrood Street not open again so not sure where customers being served are! Doctors have now sent new prescription to Lloyds Fore Street but pain killers will not available until tomorrow. Changing the answerphone message at Holyrood Street cannot be that difficult and at least it would avoid GP’s and pharmacies elsewhere having to do extra and allow access to much needed prescriptions. |

Terrible customer service from all staff, staff complaining to customers about being at work which was extremley unprofessional. The pharmacy manager was extremely unhelpful and rude to me personally with the loss of my perscription which was the fault of the pharmacy, with no apology when it was eventually found after waiting an hour and a half. Very poor customer service. Lots of excuses, prescriptions lost. Person serving is not fit for the job. She is rude and slow. You have to repeat everything twice until she gets it. This happened literally with everyone in the queue. She disappears to back for 10 minutes and comes back with excuses that she can find prescriptions. Third time she went looking for it and she found it. "Oh it's been busy day, i have been here since 8.30, you only been here for an hour". She served five customers in an hour. She seriously needs help. The whole shop is dirty and very unorganised. Gives a Lloyds Pharmacy very bad name. This was my third visit here in a year and every time it's same story. Never again.
