Ordered my monthly repeat prescription early as I was going on holiday. I saw the manager who said it would be ready today. I leave the IOW early tomorrow. Went in to collect this morning and no prescription ready or even in th building. It was going to have to be done as an emergency and I have to make another trip out and okay to collect. I have been using this pharmacy for 6 years now and their service has not improved at all. A change of staff has not made any difference and there is always a problem with either my or my husbands prescription. I cannot even collect both together now as an error with my husbands tablets meant we are now out of sync. There is always a queue at the counter and even the refurbishment has not improved the service or the Customer care.

The manager and pharmacist recently changed and was promised things would change (it hasn't changed). They never have enough for all 3 members of my family's prescriptions to be filled fully which is stupid as it's a monthly order managed by the store so they should know what to order for there stock, my order hasn't changed in 4 years and I am moving pharmacy I this doesn't change AGAIN! Can't beleive head office let it run so badly, maybe they will read this and get the ordering system for managed prescriptions sorted. Also the prices and offers on show are often out of data. I told the manager who didn't seem to care and did not honoure the price shown which I'm pretty sure they should do by law?
