This is by far the worst Boots branch I have been to. The staff are rude and unhelpful and everything seems to be a huge effort for them. They don't go out of their way to help you. I have been to this branch on several occasions and it never seems to get any better. The staff in other Boots branches are always so lovely and helpful. It seems that the staff in this branch need to brush up on their customer service skills.I now prefer to go to one of the other independent chemists in Hampstead. | ||||||
