Disgusting way to treat patients, no structure or process control in evidence whatsoever. Their incompetence and total lack of care is beyond believe and would not be tolerated in majority of businesses let alone a healthcare facility.

Llyods employs the rudest and useless pharmasists in that centre. Told to wait for half an hour for a prescription that's been with them for a week. It was just to get my insulin out of the fridge, but pharmacist couldn't be bothered, instead answered the phone. Did not get my insulin or my repeat prescription back. They are totally useless and so rude, especially the pharmacist. Avoid whenever possible because your health is at risk.
