Had a problem getting my pain medication told problem with suppliers. When I returned to collect my script as I had managed to secure the meds from Lloyds they were extremely offensive and accused me of upsetting a member of staff who had been dealing with me. I was very shocked and taken aback . They had no empathy at all for the fact that I am a chronic migrainer and was very anxious to get my meds. I also thought I was entitled to get my script back without any back lash. The whole incident was very upsetting and not what I would have expected from this person. I will not be using them in the future. Past care from the pharmacist has been brilliant and had they have been on duty I'm sure that this would not have happened. The pharmacist has always been very caring and helpful and knows my situation well health wise. Thankyou for reading this hope this never happens to anyone else. I have used this Boots since it opened in Bransgore.
