We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.
Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I habe used this pharmacy in kings lynn for 3 years. After their excellent member of staff tragically passed away, i have received the wordt service ever
Where prescription used to be filled on time now they always leave me a day short as they don't include the day of prescribing in their issuing calculations ie last issue 2nd reissue refused until the 1st following month despite go sending it on 29th stating due on the 30th then also they argued about issuing so I could at least have it at home to start taking on that day but no i have to go without that morning and collect in the afternoon
Disgraceful
Also my gp prescribes branded as the generic has no effect at all on me where the branded always works they keep refusing to get the branded drug in insisting i should use the generic its my doctor that prescribes not their choice what drugs i have or when
They are an utter disgrace treating patients in this way
Will never use again Original Comment Report...

Having left a negative review about previous poor service I had to collect a prescription from Gayton Road pharmacy. The service and mood was much improved and I would like to say well done and thank you.I think praise is as important as criticism and they deserve the praise I give today Original Comment Report...

Having taken a minor to see our GP a prescription was sent through to the pharmacy electronically and was told it will be processed asap however even though there were four members of staff working I was waiting about half an hour before i was even acknowledged other customers were complaining about the level or lack of service. When I was eventually approached i was informed that the prescription had not yet been downloaded and I would have to wait another twenty minutes. The next time I attend my GP it is my intention to go somewhere else for medication this level of service is completely unacceptable in healthcare and needs addressing as a matter of urgency Original Comment Report...
