I've been using this pharmacy for my main medication since the beginning of 2018 and at first it was fine until May/June this year. When I ask for my medication to be ordered in the pharmacist says they will do it then its guesswork on if they will order it. If they do, next month they won't (and I went in a week later to make sure it was to be ordered in again, which he confirmed). In May the pharmacist neglected to tell me I was due a medicine review, I think a trainee told me in the end.i don't know what's happened this month but it's the same song and dance where it wasn't ordered in, got requested on emergency, still hasn't turned up. I have no where else to go for my medication easily. with the steadily increasing cost of prescription this has become more than a joke. I just want to get my prescription ordered in and pick it up then repeat.
