Always friendly helpful and professional at this branch. I receive a text within 2 days of ordering my prescription to say it is ready for collection.
So pleased I changed from the dreadfully inefficient branch at Stubley.

I travelled back from my dentist in Sheffield to obtain a prescription near to my home in Dronfield. Even though my dentist had signed the prescription and completed all the relevant information the pharmacist would not take the prescription even though they took my £8.05 for the prescription fee. I am disgusted that I had to watch two qualified pharmacists flirting with each other while someone decided to tell me that they would not issue a prescription. The only piece of information missing was the address of the dentist. I was in agony and could hardly talk but the two pharmacists who were all jolly with each other, became stony faced and completely refused to help or come up with a solution. Disgusted.
