I am wondering how many people have actually died whilst waiting for their meds from using this pharmacy?? Nothing seems to be in stock so they say they will let you know when it’s in by text. They don’t. You try and call to ask but they don’t answer phone. If they ever do you find out your medicine is in and they texted you. They never and no there’s no apology. You finally go again to collect it and yet again wait for ages. Don’t go here if you’re actually feeling ill or you may drop dead whilst waiting in queue. Basically if you want to stay alive and well use another chemist! |

Why do they tell you to call back in half an hour? Whenever you call back you still have to queue and when you arrive at the counter they say 'take a seat' so why not just say 'take a seat' when you hand the prescription in? They only, then, get the pills and put them in a basket to be checked, which involves an even longer wait.
On my last visit I dropped the prescription off at half past 9, called back at 10 past 10, queued till 25 past 10, was asked to wait (the pharmacist was upstairs and all the dispensing which had accumulated needed to be checked) and actually left with the medication at 10.45, after someone had gone to look for the pharmacist. When I asked why it took so long, I was told 'It's medication!' An hour and a quarter to get a prescription! Some advice if you leave a prescription with them, make sure you've got long enough on your parking ticket. |
