The service at Putney Pharmacy used to be good, but their overall attitude (towards me) and customer service has declined. The last two times I went to the pharmacy I was ignored. I stood there in front of the counter for some time and no one came to help me. The firs time I waved to the proprietor, and I'm sure she saw me, but she just ignored me. Today the same thing happened, but with more than one of the employees. Three people saw me and acted like I wasn't even there. This behavior tells me that I am not welcome in the pharmacy. | ||||||

I always use Putney Pharmacy for collecting my prescriptions. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. | ||||||

When I went today to collect a prescription I noticed some leaflets about flue jabs and asked when I could have it done.
The physician was free and was able to give me the injection straight away. All very efficient.
I have visited Putney Pharmacy fairly regularly to collect prescriptions since they opened a few years ago, on the whole the staff are very pleasant and the head pharmacist is highly knowledgeable.
