Easy location on station road which is a quick walk from all around the chemist. Polite and friendly staff and customers. I signed up at boots pharmacy in mickleover 18months ago and in the whole time of collecting medication daily and weekly plus monthly, I have had a great experience getting to know my health better by the information provided by sukhdeep ( manager) and other staff members especially jen. I enjoy the fact i now know my self much better than i did 2 years ago when i was very unwell pjyscially and mentally. I would not change my choice of chemist and i look forward to walking to the chemist everyday for saying when i first signed up i could not even leave my front door and would use their delivery service due to severe Anxiety/depression. Its a pleasure to see the good changes that better the chemist month by month. There was 2 different occasions where i was given half a box of tablets and asked to return the following day to collect the remaining 14 tablets out of 28 and the fact i was given a big quantity which could have lasted me 2 weeks or just under before needing to retun to the chemist to collect the rest, I was happy to receive the rest the very next day and this happened one other time and i did not complain because of the timing i was given (24hrs). THE PHARMACY RUNS A RELIABLE SERVICE. The cleanliness and space which is good for the unfortunate virus going around (covid-19) as rather than people be standing outside which i see at other chemists in other areas and shops in general, Boots pharmacy allow 3-4 people in the shop which helps older aged people who if stood outside which is rare a staff worker go outside to help these more unfortunate health wise people. I am able to stand at one end while 2-3 others can stand at each corner and there are seats so that you are out of the way completely there are seats at 3 different ends of the chemist and its a good feeling when walking out after collecting my medication and other services which i use their on a daily basis and as i walk out people are seated at different ends and it stops the feeling of being too close and its clear there is no entry if no mask is worn. I once lifted my mask down to speak without realising and was asked politely to lift it back up and jen did the motion while asking me in such a polite way and i did not feel at all uncomfortable which can happen easily with Anxiety issues and therefore i can honestly speak for the staff when i say we are in good and safe hands PEOPLE. *thankyou to the staff at Boots Pharmacy * Mickleover*
