Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

My granddaughters prescription for a severe chest Infection was sent to this chemist at 10.10am when my daughter went to get it they said it had not been sent yet and to come back late afternoon. She then went back at 4pm to which they told her they had only just received it and that it would not be ready until the next day even though they do not shut until 6pm. I rang the doctors to confirm when it was sent. My daughter took the prescription to another chemist. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not the 1st time they have lied about when it arrived and what place takes longer than 2 hours to make up a prescription!!!

I ordered my prescription from the gp 14/10/2021. Still waiting for it. 25/10/2021 Cannot get through on the phone. And I've now run out of medication. Never enough staff in there and running on locums.

We came to this chemist as my granddaughter is lactose intolerant and and we were worried that the milk didn’t suit my granddaughter we asked what we could do and to save time the staff contacted the doctors surgery for us and changed the milk saving us the trouble of going back to the doctors and waiting for a new prescription, we can’t thank them enough great team please don’t change! The staff are always helpful here and we use this shop about 2-3 times a week. Original Comment Report...
