Balsall Heath Pharmacy staff always deliver and exemplary customer service and go the extra mile to fulfil the needs of the patient. Recently, I was unable to collect my mother's blister pack on the date and time agreed and was running late from work. A quick courtesy call to the pharmacy meant that they were able to empathise with the situation and have the repeated medications delivered out of their normal working hours to home. I can't than them enough as it meant that my mother was able to have the vital medication she required for the following day and avoided further stress to me and the family. Exceptional customer service and they should be recognised for their efforts!
