Being shouted at by angry assistant leaving me upset and typing this at one am, because the experience was humiliating and I cannot sleep. I know it's not easy but this woman has shouted at other customers Infront of me on other occasions, yesterday it was my turn. I have always held this chemist in high esteem except for this person. Being rude does not help it hurts

Issues every time I have a prescription sent there! Prescription for ongoing medication sent to the pharmacy by gp to be told we have to wait up to 7 days for them to process it? Now today a prescription for inhalers sent yesterday from the gp is still not ready , the pharmacist is apparently on lunch and can’t be disturbed as she gets angry! Won’t use again and won’t recommend

I went to the pharmacy on the 15/07/2019 and was told to contact them in 48 hours for an urgent prescription as the doctor had sent the prescription over without it, I called back on the 22 having been in serious withdrawal and it still wasn't there I was spoken to rudely by the staff and had the phone put down on me twice will not be using them again
