Go to this pharmacy quite a bit due to work, never had a good experience.
Prescriptions are never ready, staff not very helpful. Always keep you waiting, have to go back 3/4 times In the day to get everything you have ordered

Over recent months my husband and I have repeated problems with our regular monthly perscriptions. Items missing, pharmacist not in so staff not able to hand over percsriptions.
This month it has taken THREE visits to collect all our items.
Staff are always polite if overworked.

Came to collect a parcel from Rowlands pharmacy as they were a designated drop off point, advertised Saturday hours are till 5pm, I arrived at 16.24 and they were closed. Fuming as I need my phone which is what I was collecting. Won't be able to get here till Tuesday now. Is the 6pm advertised closing time correct I wonder? Original Comment Report...
