My complaint is that most other pharmacists fall very short of those pharmacists working here. I find them very professional, helpful beyond that I have experienced with other pharmacists and eager to offer advice / knowledge about their specialty (meds). The counter staff are friendly, cheerful and attentive, even when under pressure. The team make every effort to reduce the stress of those seeking assistance. I have experienced a stable continuity of this service, since using this pharmacy for the last two plus years

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and can say that the service and professionalism is highly rated. Pharmacist will always be on hand to offer help and advice and will also go the extra mile. I always feel comfortable to seek advice from the pharmacists. They give honest and trustworthy advice. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I have been visiting this pharmacy for quite a few years now having been transferred from another practice which didn’t have a chemist attached and I get the most fantastic service the counter staff are always so helpful they deal with the request and the two pharmacists that I have had dealings with are so knowledgeable and are always at hand to give advise . I order my prescription every month and a few times I needed them at short notice the pharmacist dealt with this request . Wish all services were as good as those at Winchmore Hill pharmacy
