My husband who has Diabetes could not get a doctors appointment when he felt unwell he called in the pharmacy for his tablets and by chance the pharmacist said he didn't look well. On checking Paul sugar it came up his sugar was very low. With diet and exercise Paul had manage to control is diabetes just with diet alone and the tablets was causing serious low blood sugar. The pharmacist called the doctors with concerns and help Paul. Having a local pharmacist who take time to know there customers can be life saving. The ladies and gents at the Pharmacy go above and beyond. | ||||||

Every time I go to collect a new/repeat prescription they never have it in stock. Baring in mind it’s for asthma. I once got told that they would deliver my salbutamol inhaler at 6:30-7pm on Friday evening. I never got this prescription. And had to collect it Saturday.
But yesterday, I went to pick up an inhaler that got sent on the 3rd of August. Get told to wait 48hours for a really not 10 days. I went there, no one really attended to me as they continued to stack the shelves. And then about 5 minutes later got told they don’t have it in stock. It was order 10 days prior. I cannot even fathom the attitude I received when I confronted them that it got sent on the 3rd of August and it is for my asthma and I needed it.
I then got told by my doctors that the pharmacy don’t keep it in stock and that they need to order it when I go and collect. That is ridiculous. I am collecting a prescription not ordering. The prescription is the order. No one has once told me this rule as if that was the case I’d have gone in a lot sooner.
I never once had an apology! | ||||||
