I'm an elderly person. I've been waiting for my prescription. I went to my surgery, who informed me my prescription was nominated by this pharmacy, for my prescription to be sent over to this pharmacy, which I had no knowledge for. My surgery reassured me it's not from their side and it's the pharmacy who is putting these nominations through without patient knowledge. So you are going to your doctors and thinking your prescriptions are there to collect when actually they've been snatched by this pharmacy, to make sure you go to them for your medicines, how cheeky. Not happy with the response when I had spoken to them at the pharmacy . They didn't even care. Original Comment Report...

Friendly and helpful staff.
We went back to collect a face mask for an inhaler but forgot to take the inhaler which we had with us at the time and have shown it to the pharmacist.
We got home and realised that we left the inhaler at the pharmacy. We gave them a ring to let them know that my husband will come and collect it but the pharmacist went the extra mile and brought it to our address.
