I cannot thank this pharmacy enough for the help they gave me today. I had been prescribed medication which five other pharmacies locally were unable to supply. Johns & Kelynack were able to obtain the drugs by this afternoon. The pharmacist then tracked down my landline number and called me. The medicines were needed urgently to treat an eye condition which had suddenly deteriorated. The pharmacist went out of his way resolve the problem for me. Many thanks to him and the staff. | ||||||

If there is a problem with a prescription or a missing item, they don't advise you, so when you turn up to collect it, they just tell you to contact your surgery and sort it out with them or re-order the item. They always blame the surgery, even when it is often their own error. They never send you a text to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection. The pharmacist/owner is very rude, arrogant and argumentative. He is always very unhelpful. | ||||||
