Im on repeat prescription and each time i go in there to collect my prescription after waiting long periods of time in the que, I learn that my prescription has been given to someone else! I didnt know if this was possible? I do know this because they edmitted ...
I do always call before collecting and they say its definitely ready for tomorrow but its never there next day. This has been happening since the new pharmacists have arrived. Will not be using them, its such a shame for the locals | ||||||

I have been extremely pleased with the outstanding turn around within this pharmacy, it has gone from being a chaotic, unorganized shambles of a store ,to a well organised, smoothly running and extremely helpful pharmacy. My prescription is now ready when i collect it and the staff are always smiling and helpful. There is no longer any issues with the ordering of my automatic repeat prescription and I am now even handed a card with the date of my next collection. The staff have had to put up with a lot of complaints and frustrated customers but they always manage to maintain a smile and continue to provide an excellent service, especially since the start of the new manager.
