this last year has been a nightmare trying to get my medication. I dont know if its the fault of the chemist or the doctors surgery and as much as i ask the question i cant get the answer. My medication never arrives on time unless i phone them I run out of tablets regularly and am not impressed as i am a type 2 diabetic I finished my tablets yesterday so now another phone call tomorrow and unless they can deliver in the morning it means another day without medication. Not good

Have used this chemist/pharmacy since moving into the area six months ago, on no less than four occasions the y have managed to get my prescription wrong and have only noticed the errors when I have brought the mistakes to their attention mistakes such as items not dispensed with no information as to their omission wrong amounts due Rostock failure again no explanation until quiried on one visit no pharmacist on the premises so unable to dispense anyone's prescription and only an instruction to comeback later possibly! As I have only minor health problems ( 2 strokes,chronic heart disease, arthritis, prostrate, etc. maybe I can manage with these inconveniences, but,where I seriously compromised and with limited ability or housebound and reliant upon carers or others perhaps more of an issue. Overall the premises are cramped and unwelcoming to people of restricted movement with no privacy on offs, a counter that can only accomodateone staff member and one customer at a time and no clearly defined space/area for persons who are required to wait for service mobility around the floor space is niegh on impossible if a wheel chair is on the shop floor or a mother with baby carriage . The whole atmosphere of this inadequate building is reminiscent of the type of chemise of the 1970s with a staff attitude to match perhaps because of the difficulties imposed upon them by the even worse back of counter facilities of this totally unfit for purpose facility
