45 mins to find monthly repeat prescription! I have been going to this chemist for years but I think it has changed hands now as it's terrible... there are loads more staff but they are so unorganised. Every time I go now I have a wait & usually they misplace prescriptions it's not just once it's every time, how can this happen so often. (It's like ground hog day) I can't go if I'm in a rush I have to go when I've got an hour spare, My last experience I waited about 15mins in first queue to be served it was out the door when I joined it then had to wait another 30 mins in another queue of about 11 people all waiting as they couldn't find prescriptions. Mine was eventually found as someone had put it in wrong place again same as last month & month before. Something really needs to be done as there were quite a few elderly waiting & all the seats were full so not good.

Never has medication. Wait for hours to be told this. Always have to go back to complete prescription. Chaos in shop. Disgruntled customers everywhere. Recently the chemist responsible for administering wrong medication to an elderly relative of mine.

Visited the Bridge Rd chemist twice today. In the morning it was very busy and I ended up having time to observe practice. Their were five staff on duty, two of whom I think were pharmacists and the whole place appeared to be in chaos, staff unable to find prescriptions or medication items. After approximately 20 minutes I was served and from there it took another 10 minutes to find my prescription which wasn't ready. I returned in the afternoon and it was a similiar situation , no one seemed able to find my prescription or medication. Eventually I did get my medication and whilst waiting I spoke and listened to other customer's and the general opinion was that the staff were friendly enough and clearly trying their best but the system they have to locate and dispense items is inadequate
