Diversity concerns. Blatant racism. Ignored me intentionally and served the white male behind me. When told by the man I was first, she blatantly was disgusted to serve me. I’m a grown woman, a mother. I’ve seen and witnessed racism first hand. Nobody can relate more than me, this experience was TO me. So I know what it was. Not in line with how pharmacies should be! Have given more detail on Google review. Absolutely disgusted . Should nhs services be allowed to discriminate like this? | ||||||

During my visit; delivery driverswandering in and out several times unmasked and on one occasion sneezing, 2x customers in the shop at 1time not enforced Customers MUST wear face covering not enforced This is a COVID spike on its own. | ||||||

I recently requested my husbands medication to be transferred to weekly trays. He has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and was struggling to manage his meds.
I realised that this may take some time but was totally surprised when the pharmacy rang to say a months worth of trays were ready to be collected or delivered if we wanted. Top marks, efficient and friendly the manager who called me was very helpful. Many thanks to all of you for your diligence and kindness.
