Absolutely disgusted at how long my prescription was sat at the pharmacy before I phoned them , over a month, when I rang for my repeat prescription (which has always been sent to Boots chemist for collection) , I was told it was still at the pharmacy and they don’t know why it wasn’t sent , their words where “ Oh something must have gone wrong , you’ll have to come here and get it. Seriously did no one think that a repeat prescription should have been collected and ring me ??

My mum is 91yrs old, disabled and partially deaf, she cannot get through on the phone as there are no staff to answer it. The staff are rushed off their feet. My mum does not do apps so it is very difficult for to get hold of her prescriptions this stresses her out as she is on heart meds and should not be put in this position, please employ someone to answer the phone so that things will run more smoothly Simples!!!

Wrong opening times on website and from the surgery , also no updated opening time post on the chemist door. This caused stress to my wife as she required her medication urgently , the prescription was sent direct by GP as they were also lead to believe the chemist was open later. I totally understand that opening times are changing but as stated on the chemist door the dates are due to change on the 9th of January
