The staff think they’re running their own internal social club - they are far too busy conversing with one another rather than attending to customers. They operate at their own pace, don’t acknowledge customers as they walk in and just make them wait endlessly. Absolutely terrible and rude.

All the staff at Lloyds sandon road are very friendly, helpful and professional, one member of staff has gone above and beyond to help my son and myself,I know I can't mention any names but I hope they know who I mean, thank you to all who work there keep up the good work.

Unprofessional staff. Items NEVER ready. Always have to wait, despite phoning ahead to request them to get ready. Incorrect items recieved and also missing items!
