We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Electronic prescription goes here I have now change to next door. Being well know company you thought they have training in costumer care. Every time go to collect my prescription have to wait 45 minute even though I order it the week before. The pharmacist is rude. Stay way Original Comment Report...

Thank you for your feedback detailing your poor experience while visiting our pharmacy.
I apologise for the service you have received and that you had to wait 45 minutes for your prescription after having ordered it a week before hand.
I can assure you that this feedback has been passed onto the Regional Development Manager (RDM) who covers the pharmacies in this area, who will address this issue with the branch staff.

I have received the most awful customer service here from the pharmacist,you are.just treated as a number. I decided to give this place a second chance as everyone has bad days but they were worse second time round. The first time I was kept waiting although my medication was ready.The pharmacist was extremely unhelpful, has no empathy and does seems to like her job. The second time I had to have my medication ordered and a day later I only received part of my medication. I will never go there again, in future I will go to the pharmacist next door who know how to treat customers and have medication in stock. Please don't waste your time going to 'Well'pharmacy which is likely to make you unwell. Original Comment Report...

I gave in my prescription 3 days ago and I still have not received my tablets!! Need to change their wholesalers as I have had nothing but trouble with them I need my prescription asap I feel that I have been neglected as a patient with no updates on my prescription at all!!! Will not be using this pharmacy again as I had a similar problem with them before also but for my 4 year olds prescription!! He needed his prescription asap as he has been diagnosed with asthma and we had to wait 3-4 days for his spacer!! Original Comment Report...
