Security are terrible and will tell you off for checking what you are buying, backed up my awful staff and a pedantic manager. Won't be returning, this store deserves to be closed. They are so rude to customers.

I am currently on maternity leave and have been going to Leigh and in boots every other day just to have a look around and to kill some time. Sometimes I buy something sometimes I don’t I normally go in to see if they have any new fake tans out and to see any offers they have on even though when you get to the till they never ever knock the offer off so always check your receipt. On my way out today, I was shouted by the manager in front of everyone outside the shop asking if I have paid for my baby milk. My baby milk under my pram i had bought 3 days prior from Tesco and had nearly all gone. She asked me to show a receipt and show her my milk and then when she realised I hadn’t stole it she walked back in and didn’t even say sorry. The two staff that tried to accuse me are extremely rude and I feel devastated that I have been treated this way. I will not be going in there ever again.

I arrived for scheduled appointment to receive a flu jab only to be told that they had no stock. Surely they would have known this if an employee had checked prior to offering appointments. Very poor organisation.
