Every time I visit this particular pharmacy the service is poor, the staff very unhelpful and almost rude as if you are an inconvenience to them, I only go there as a last resort if I'm in Tesco already, as customers we should not be made to feel like that!

I have been waiting for one item on my prescription since the middle of January. They say it is out of stock at the suppliers. I phoned the manufacturers and although it was unavailable for a short time wholesalers should all have them withing a few days. Here we are now at the end of March and I still don't have the prescription. No communication from Tesco except when I go in and they still tell me they have not got it. Can't phone to check as their numbers do not receive incoming calls. It appears they don't want to be bothered with calls. This is dangerous if someone is they have been given the wrong medication and want to check. A ridiculous way to run an important service such as a pharmacy.

Called up Thursday pm. Phone answered in about 8 rings. Appointment given for the following day. Happy with that.
